You should read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our products offered on this website. Your purchase and use of the products indicates your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Object of the contract

This electronic shop offers sample sets, which are essential extensions for organ sampling software. Sample set consist of sound files, images, organ definition file (database) and other files. To use the sample sets accordingly, you should have installed on your computer specialized software. Otherwise you wouldn’t be to use sample sets. The list of compatibile software is written on this website for each sample set. You won’t get support for non-compatibile software. All licenses for usage are perpetual.

Quantity

Selected quantity of sample set determines on how many machines it can be used. If you choose one piece, you can use it only on one computer. This doesn’t apply to free sample sets and demo versions of paid ones, which can be used without that limitation.

Delivery

The sample sets are delivered electronically by download. Shipping sample sets on physical drives like USB pendrives, memory sticks etc. is not possible. When order is complete, you will get download links via e-mail supplied in order form. If you choose PayPal payment, you will get download links right after succesful payment. If you you select Bank transfer payment option, download links will be provided when funds will come on our bank account. In special accidents, few days delay may appear. The number of download attempts may be limited for security reasons as well as time validity of download links. I will do my best to keep all the download available, but it might be possible, that sample set may not be available for download due to e.g. server failure, network problems. In case of failures, errors etc. validity of download links will be prolonged. Download speeds cannot be subject of requesting for refund.
By ordering the Sample Set, you agree to receive the invoice electronically. The invoice will be sent together right after e-mail with download links.

Taxes

The e-shop will calculate taxes to the order, where applicable. VAT tax won’t be applied to customers ordering outside European Union. VAT tax will be added to the order for the users from European Union with rate valid for customer’s country. For customers from European Union except Poland, who have valid VAT ID number, no VAT tax will be applied (reverse charge).

The contract follows the directives and law of the Czech Republic, notably these Terms and Conditions, the Civil Code and the Consumer protection law.

Licence

You are not allowed to:

• copy, lend, duplicate, share, resample, upload to a database, server or network paid sample sets (or any part of it)
• sell free sample sets or demo versions of paid sample sets as whole or parts of it
• include free sample sets or demo versions of paid sample sets in computers, which are inteded for sale as stand-alone or part of some product (e.g. MIDI console with built-in Hauptwerk system)
• include paid sample sets in computers, which are inteded for sale as stand-alone or part of some product, without special permission

You are allowed to:

• make recordings for commercial and non-commercial purpose
• distribute recordings made with the sample sets
• play the sample sets for the service in church, on the concerts
• make a backup copy of sample set for your own purpose

To avoid confusion, you have to note that the recordings made using the sample sets were made on a virtual instrument, not the real one.

Returns

All orders are final. If I won’t be able to supply working download links (due to unexpected problems) within 14 days from time of completing the order, you may ask for the refund.

Privacy and Security

To make an order on this website you must create an acount. All data provided you provided for the acount (full name, billing address, e-mail) will be used only to process the order and for personal contact if necessary. All data you provide will be stored on our server. You can update data at any time in My Account page. More details you can find in our Privacy Policy.
